Comfort Inn & Suites

I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This was a pleasant surprise. The young man on the front desk…Kayden Browning was like lightening on the check in. I haven’t had better service anywhere ever. The location here is great the room is clean and well stocked with towels and Keurig and they have the big Keurig on the breakfast bar. Price was amazing. I was very impressed with the value. When next in Kingston this is where we will stay.

Hotel seemed relatively new. Very clean, and while it was a "simple" hotel, it had some nice lounge seating areas and the breakfast area was decent. Comfortable bed and again, while the room was simple (minimal clothes space and no safe), it was very clean, spacious and had what we needed for an overnight stay. Location is good. If you are staying in Kingston and want to save money versus staying right downtown, this is located 15 minutes from downtown and is in the area where the big-box stores and lots of other stores are. Meaning, it's very convenient if you need Costco, Canadian Tire, etc.

Great new (for us) hotel. After a long trip from Quebec, we found our room Very clean, bright and comfortable. Quiet and very helpful staff. Spacious parking. Nice Breakfast. Highly recommend. We will be back on our next visit to Kingston!!

Thin hotel is perfectly located and is very clean. The staff are awesome. We relocated to Kingston and stayed here while waiting for an apartment to be ready, the staff are fantastic, helping with directions, where to go/get things. Always available for any questions. Rooms cleaned daily, just ask for an extra towel or facecloth and they bring it to you. The front desk manager and the hotel manager are incredible. They were very helpful and accommodating, as well the whole staff during our stay we're outstanding -front desk 24 hrs cleaning staff and breakfast crew. Don't bother looking all over Kingston just book here. Location is perfect to access everything. Hotel pictures don't do it the appropriate service as to it's cleanliness and appearance.

To start off this review, I do have to say that we did happen to go to 3 other places for our weekend stay in Kingston, but they were all booked... one was even over booked (hockey tournaments, so I'm sure you can imagine how that was). So, we drove down Princess street and saw the Comfort Inn. We stay at the Comfort Inn all the time but just at a different one. Anyway, we stopped at this one and it was great from the very beginning. The manager, Sharon was so kind and sweet. They had 2 rooms available and got one of them, thank goodness. The staff there were very kind, the room was gorgeous and it was really nice to finally relax after a 6 hour bus ride. The price was good, the whole building was so clean and you can tell that this was a newly built, too. Our room was a room for the disabled and you could tell. It had a little doorbell beside the door, curtains you controlled with buttons, the shower was super nice, there was a light above the headboard abc's even on the side tables there was a lamp with a separate little light for reading. Just a very high tech room. And if we can next time, I would love to have that same room, if possible. They had a wonderful breakfast for the morning. Nothing better than waking up from a great sleep to have a great breakfast set up downstairs. They have a Dominoes right next door, so that saved us having to find somewhere to eat at dinner time. Thank you so much to the staff at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again next month. I hope we get the same room again the next time around. It was worth every cent spent to stay there. You will not regret staying here I promise you that.

My son and I stayed for 4 nights (Jan18-22)while my husband was in hospital. The rooms were nice and clean but the staff especially Sharon on the front desk and another lady(could have been the manager) went out of their way to be helpfull. My only complaint would be the noisey shower which I understand is being worked on.If we return to Kingston that is were we will be staying.

I don’t usually post reviews but in this case it really feels justified. Our U11 hockey team recently found out two nights before a tournament in Kingston that we had to find a new hotel to stay at. The Comfort Inn and Suites took our group of 16 families in at the last minute and even gave us complimentary access to their basement lounge for the weekend. A huge thank you to GM Linda Hicks and her patient staff who put up with the group of enthusiastic 10 year olds! Rooms were clean, breakfast got us going each morning and ready for the hockey and the lounge space was the BEST I’ve ever seen at a hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. Big screen TV, comfy couches and chairs and a private place for the kids to play mini sticks that even came with its own nets! We are so grateful for the hospitality and for coming to our rescue. Would 1000% stay there again!

This review is long overdue, but so well deserved! We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites - Kingston from October 7th to October 8th, and I had booked the room as part of a surprise birthday trip for my partner. While reserving, I requested a complimentary upgrade, and to my delight, the amazing team went above and beyond! They upgraded us to the biggest and most beautiful room in the hotel, and it truly made our stay extra special. A special shout-out to Linda, the manager who approved the upgrade, thank you so much for making our celebration unforgettable! Every single person at the front desk was so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, Sherin at the reception was absolutely wonderful! She kindly offered to store our luggage until our evening train and even gave us water bottles for the road. It’s small touches like these that really stand out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kingston, not only for the comfort and spacious rooms, but for the genuine hospitality of the staff who truly care about their guests.
